CANCELLATION POLICY

CASH ONLY All deposits are non refundable you can Venmo @alondra-ortiz-65 or bring it to me in person at the salon Please come to your appointment with clean lashes come in or free of make up if your lashes are dirty it  Will result in a $35 cleaning fee A 20% deposit is required to maintain your appointment you have 24 hours to pay this deposit or your appointment will be forfeited Wax appointments come in clean with two weeks of hair growth for the Brazilian and four weeks of hair growth for legs No call now shows are required to pay 50% of their appointment before being rescheduled failure to do so will result in no longer being serviced by me I have a 10 minute grace period for lashes 5 minute grace period for any waxing service after that you will need to be rescheduled Last minute cancellations will require a $40 cancellation fee before being rescheduled
